Transcript

Today: why customers stop after the first week.
Many said they didn't know where to start. First setup is a lot.
Even after setup, no idea what to do next.
I like the fast summary. No note-taking.
But finding the pricing part means listening again.
Would be great to search without re-listening.
The team also wants to connect other tools.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about ModeNote

Does ModeNote handle Thai mixed with English?

Transcription is mainly Thai, and mixed English is supported to the extent the transcription provider can handle it. Quality depends on your audio and microphone. For now there are limits with specialist terms and fast switching between the two languages.

Is my audio data safe?

Data is sent over HTTPS, and the audio you record is sent to an external transcription provider for processing. ModeNote is still an experimental project, so don't use it for highly confidential recordings.

What happens if the internet drops while recording?

ModeNote keeps the audio in your browser first, then uploads it when you're back online. If you close the tab or browser before the upload finishes, that part of the audio may still be stuck on your device.

Can I go back and listen to the exact moment something was said?

Yes. On each recording's page, click a line in the transcript, or click a time shown in an answer, to play the audio at that point.

Ready to catch every idea?

Record first, ask later, and go listen to the moment it was said.
